A very pleasant and appreciated experience due to his professional and yet friendly approach.
This is really easy due to his competence which was apparent from the first discussion that we had with him. We chose Peter to sell our property which we had owned for 24 years as a family holiday house. He quickly put us at ease and helped us to make the critical decisions that were necessary. His knowledge of the market and deep local experience resulted in a sale being achieved in a week. Well done Peter!

Trust from the First Meeting
I was an undecided seller. My meeting with Angie was informative and no pressure in the decision to sell, which took me a while to make up my mind. Angie is personable and a professional in her field. She never at any point over promised but she certainly did not under deliver. Her guidance installed confidence and her communication was outstanding. I have since recommended her to any one including my neighbours. After sale to settlement was a pleasure and I felt the partnership in selling was completely genuine as I was completely satisfied with my decision to put my property in her hands....highly recommended!

Friendly, reliable and responsive
We considered a couple of other agents before settling on Peter Hooper. Peter clearly loved our property and was genuinely enthusiastic from the outset. He listened to all our requirements and acted accordingly, as well as providing that bit of essential guidance when needed. We did not have 'open inspections', only inspection by appointment and due to the huge response to our listing, Peter needed to attend several times each week; much more hands-on effort than would normally be needed. He was very attentive. No question we made the right choice to represent our prized asset.

Wonderful positive experience, very professional and great to have as our agent.
Peter came along to see us and we found him to be very bubbly and enthusiastic showed us homes for sale which equated to our home. This gave him and idea of around the price for our home. He took us through the best way to advertise and put on the market.He advised us on presenting the home for photographs and bill board display. He kept in touch constantly during the whole process.Open inspection saw many people come through to look.The house was sold in 4 days. We certainly would recommend Peter Hooper as extremely professional and successful agent,we were delighted with him overseeing the sale of our house.

Angies skills are Above and beyond
Usually agents only have to negotiate with vendors and purchasers sometimes however as in my case they're also dealing with vendors who have different agendas due to a divorce and then market knowledge, compassion, and negotiation skills take on a whole new level of importance. Amazing price achieved minimal trauma. I can't recommend Angies skills as a agent highly enough. No one can better her in the Port Elliot / Victor / Goolwa Region.
