I was offered sound, clear advice about the sale of the house and the possible problems that could go with it. I was hoping for $500,000 or more but, as pointed out, it could have taken quite some time to get such an offer and the offer I took was cash - no encumbrances. The majority of the time I was dealing with Ben who was very helpful and supportive..... especially when I had to get rid of some furniture from the house before settlement!!! Well we had sign up Saturday, 1st open Sunday, contract Monday at price point dictated. Certainly surprise to us, yes our house was in immaculate condition, but Rob and Ben were very professional, organised ‘and on the job’ from day 1.
