Always kept me up to date with what was happening with the sale. Wasn't an easy property to try and sell given the neglect from previous lazy husband and the current market conditions. Ex husband had to supply 3 agents to be selected and Angelo was the only agent that actually visited the property, took photos and outlined what repairs should be taken to gain a better price, which unfortunately was ignored by ex husband who was still residing at the property. Kept on ex husbands back to mow the lawns to ensure that the outside appeared "appealing" . Appeared to be fully aware of the current market situation
