Effortless process
Throughout our purchase at Yangan Mark was reassuring, willing to help and considerate towards both buyers and sellers. Nothing is an effort to Mark. Honesty and Integrity, values still upheld by some
Mark helped all the way through my purchase and at some times going above and beyond. I found him to be reliable and honest, which is few and far between for real estate agents these days. Overall I am very pleased with my home and the purchasing process and could not be more happy with the chosen agent. Mark has done a fantastic job to benefit all involved and I will be using his services again. I would recommend Mark to anyone wanting to buy or sell there home.

Mark was very helpful and if there was anything he didn't know he got back to me with an answer ASAP. He was always extremely helpful and even came out on a weekend to help me sort things out. Not many realtors would do that in their own time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend him to friends if they were thinking of selling.

Honest and Ethical
We recently purchased a small acreage property from Mark. We found him to be open and honest to deal with, all negotiations were handled professionally and his communication between all parties was clear and concise. In our experience the best agents have excellent relationships with both sellers and buyers alike, Mark is one of those agents. Having spoken to the sellers of the property we purchased after the contract was completed, they too felt that Mark is on top of his game in the local area. We would have no hesitation in engaging Mark to sell a property as his local area knowledge and negotiation skills are fantastic and his direct no- nonsense approach is refreshing in todays world.
