Good agent
Mike sold my house and kept me informed and up to date with what was happening. He was not pushy with me at all which I appreciated. I would recommend him for Home sales in the McLAREN VALE area.

Great agent.
We had a bit of an unusual request with our property in that we were marketing it as a development property. I’d made my requests quite clear to Mike and he was just great. We had an offer within days. Mike communicated with us well and I couldn’t be happier with his service. I’d definitely use him agai.

Superb agent, great experience
Mike is a top professional and a pleasure to deal with. Where there were issues, Mike was very understanding and communicative. This was our first (and certainly not our last) purchase in S.A. and Mike made the entire process a great experience for my wife and I. I find Mike to trustworthy and honourable, to extent that we purchased the property without sighting it (and still haven't). That just speaks into the kind of person Mike is. We would definitely recommend or take counsel from Mike and his team on future purchases we intend to make in S.A.

Subpar experience
Office staff were nothing but helpful! Mike Cross did not take use seriously as we are young buyers and did not approach or show interesting until we asked for a offer form at the end of the open.

Very professional
Ros was very encouraging and kept us fully informed from our first enquiry, even visiting just prior to settlement to ensure we were organised. She provided good advice of when to place the property on the market, and how to prepare for an open inspection. The result was a quick sale and price we were happy with.
