Southland estate agent sold my house in 8 days wow
The staff at Southland estate agents have been very supportive from the day they did my appraisal ,they help me get everything just right for the sale!!! They did the marketing and photos WHAT CAN I SAY 2 open homes! 8 days later !!! HOUSE SOLD!!!!!!!! Thank you Ali and your team you did an outstanding job THANKYOU Michael and Cheryl.

Professional, Efficient and Good Result
Ali has solid knowledge on the Penrith locality. He knew how to market the property to gather the right interest in our property and we received offers that exceeded our expectations. From the very outset Ali explained all the necessary information and processes associated with selling our home without any hype or overload. This was performed in a calm and professional manner reaasuring us that at the end of the day we had to be comfortable with our position and not feel pressured into selling at "Just any price". We were kept up to date on a regular basis as to "open homes" and any prospective buyers. Ali and his team were very respectful and professional at all times and we would recommend them and Ali's business at Southlands Estate Agency for those wanting a stress free experience.

Underwhelming but got the job done
This is our first home and the experience with the agents wasn't entirely what we expected. We mostly dealt with Andre who was helpful and everyone we dealt with was friendly. But I think we just expected something a bit different, a bit more of a fuss or at least a sold sticker on the sign out the front of the house so we could get the exciting photo out the front of our first home ( only ever had a deposit taken sign up). We were told a antenna connection would be put in the lounge room for us ( there wasn't one) before Christmas - 4 weeks ago - and it still isn't done. Overall it was just an underwhelming experience
