Knowledgeable Professional Honest
Salvi was reliable and trustworthy. He focus' on your goals and tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. He is very knowledgeable and understands the market really well, selling our property well above our expected reserve price- you will definitely be pleased to have him on your team. Salvi kept us up to date every step of the way and would be available at any time. He explained everything and planned out a strategy to perfection to maximise the return. Real Estate is not just about buying or selling. a house!!!!!
My wife and I have known Jonathan since 2019 when he and his team took over the management of our house in Narre Warren South Victoria. We we decided to sell our house in late 2021, the first thing that had to be done was appoint a Real Estate Agent who was reliable, trustworthy, empathetic and of course with a high degree of integrity. This was especially important for us, since we are retired and currently living overseas. Given this situation, integrity and trust were of paramount interest to us when it came to engaging a Real Estate Agent. It didn’t take Anu and I long to zero-in on Jonathan as the in the two years that we have known him, we were convinced that he ticked all the boxes. I’m happy to say that Jonathan did not disappoint us in any way in that: the property was sold at a price very close to our expectation; the whole process was transparent; we were regularly updated on status and finally he helped us through the settlement process in a very caring way went out of his way in ironing out some glitches that we had along the way in the settlement process All in all in all it was a fantastic experience and our relationship has metamorphosed from a purely business relationship to a more personal one. In a service industry empathy and integrity are extremely important and this is particularly so when it comes to selling your house because you place your trust on the R/E agent when you engage him or her to sell what could your biggest asset. Jonathan has not disapproved us in any way initially in managing our property a d later in selling it. We would like to wish Jonathan and his team the very best.
