I recently worked with Wayne and was so impressed with his level of professionalism and dedication shown throughout the entire process. What really was the best though was how down to earth he was, listening to my requests and preferences but keeping reality at the forefront. His knowledge on the real estate market is amazing, but I guess after 30 years servicing the local Oakey / Toowoomba area, it should be. His follow up and communication was great. The evening after each open day I received listings of each of the visitors and a brief on each potential buyer (both pro’ and con’s) I was kept up to date through each stage of the process. It felt good to know that he was treating my property as though it was his own. He helped so much in reducing the stress in what is one of the biggest financial transactions I will make. I whole heartedly recommend Wayne to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Again his professionalism, local knowledge, and genuine care for me was very much appreciated.
