About Wayne

Born and bred in Oakey, I am a third-generation local business owner and have over 23 years' experience as a real estate agent in Oakey, surrounding areas and Toowoomba. This background, combined with my own investments in property in Oakey has provided me invaluable and expert knowledge of the community and its market. As the trusted real estate advisor for my clients, I understand that selling and buying a home can be complex and deeply personal. While there is a lot at stake financially and emotionally, I make it my role to support you, remove any stress, and make the entire process one that you will enjoy. When you list your property with me, I will pay all your advertising, you receive a lower commission rate than other agencies offer and I have a 'No Sale, No Fee' policy. There are no hidden fee's EVER! In the unlikely circumstance that I am not successful in selling your property you will pay me nothing. Please look at my reviews to see that I am honest, hardworking and will always have open communication with you whether you are selling or buying. I look forward to partnering with you and welcome your inquiry.

Excellent comms and commitment to our purchase

Huge thanks to Wayne & Soverign Property Partners, for our purchase in Oakey. Coming from a mining background, whereas positive comms are essential to my past work, Wayne excels in same, with making our purchase in a changing market easier and less stressful, with a seamless final handover. I cant recommend his professionalism enough. Cheers Peter and Tracey

Family home sold

Wayne was excellent to deal with when we purchased our home over 22 years ago and was excellent again in selling our family home. Wayne gave great advice for preparing our home for sale, was very responsive whenever we had questions and was understanding and supportive during this emotional time of selling our family home where we raised our children. Wayne is personable, honest and professional which is extremely reassuring. Thanks Wayne we were very happy with our outcome.

Wayne was 100% in every way.

We found Wayne to be 100% in his assistance in helping us purchase our new home. He was prompt in returning calls, kept appointments, communicated every aspect of the sale, kept us up-to-date with any changes, totally efficient and professional in every way and was totally approachable and honest with us. He was upfront about everything and guided us through the process as first home buyers which was greatly appreciated. On top of all this, Wayne is very approachable and knowledgable about the area which, for us, was wonderfully refreshing. We'd visited houses with other agents before and were left to ourselves but Wayne was SO different - he was genuinely interested in what the vendor needed and matched that perfectly with our needs - never saw this in other agents - plus, he really does know the area and has a passion in what he does as well as the area and this is evidenced by his tone, words and confidence in what he does. Thanks Wayne and Tina.
