Jess is fantastic. Most impressed from the very first time speaking with her. She is confident, clearly knows her stuff and has good plans for everything. She is proactive in getting things moving and follows up quickly. Any issues she quickly fixes or continues to chase until addressed. Great communicator and looks after your best interests. Very organised and professional. If I could hire her to look after every part of my life - I would!

Jess and Candice went above and beyond recently when we'd advertised the unit as furnished but the best applicants wanted the bed and some other items removed. Jess offered to help so I did what I could and then they came and helped move the bed and mattress. Haven't been in that situation before so not sure other agents would do the same?
