The GM for Admin & Prop Man. has been exemplary in dealing with a sensitive situation with my tenant. Very professional. Other staff are learning how to complete more thorough exit and entry condition reports, which is great as this is key to maintain accuracy. The agency’s monthly reporting is excellent, much better other agencies. Space Property leased our property swiftly with the changes I requested and their fees are very fair and better than other agencies. Very happy with our move to Space Property.
