Well mannered and efficient
Raven was super lovely over the phone, she called me regarding my interest in a property, helped me organise an inspection on the same day around my work hours. Grace met with me for the inspection, also very lovely and professional, answered any questions I had, showed me details about the house (e.g fly screens, extra doors and storage) which I found valuable. Followed by the process of application approval, lease agreements and linked service connections were all very smooth and efficient. I’m very appreciative for the ease in communication, processing and friendliness. Highly recommend 🙂

Significant Improvement
We had a few issues with the previous agent assigned to our property, and we had to liaise directly with the Lynette Spann to get things moving and solved. Since Raven Richards took over the management of our investment property we have been looked after very well. Raven responds quickly, professionaly and sharp. So, thank you Lynette and Raven.

Exceptional service from Lianna Morrison at Space Property
Lianna was excellent in gathering quotes and coordinating extensive repairs on the property. She then used her market knowledge and marketing skills to lease the property to a quality tenant. Lianna's communication and professionalism throughout the process was outstanding.
