I decided to sell my late husbands Brisbane property in late Jan/early Feb and I came across Andrew Tran from space property, and I am so glad I did. This is the first time I have ever sold a place so I was very nervous ( not to mention clueless, as I had no idea what I was doing) Andrew was not only professional in his work, but he was ( I felt) very trustworthy and honest right from the beginning, from his price target range he was confident to achieve ( which we did in this sale) and everything else throughout this whole process. Andrew was reassuring, he was able to answer any questions ( usually multiple) I had and he also answered emails/ text messages quite quickly. Also, he listened to me and my wants and he never once hurried me, or pastor me to sign up by a certain date with him, Especially during the time when I was taking my time to decide. Which really helped in my decision making. He would also give me frequent updates ( usually weekly, unless any changes) to keep me up to date with what was going on.
