Andrew has a level of professionalism which is commendable. He is authentic, respectful, and it's totally obvious that he takes pride in the work he performs. I can appreciate the follow up calls which he makes after every inspection I have been to in order to take on any feedback or interest and answer any questions. He genuinely wanted to learn more about our needs and remembered our names. Andrew went the extra mile by allowing me to contact him outside of working hours and help me understand the process of buying. I feel he went above and beyond and was patient while doing so. This in turn allowed me to make the informed decision to go ahead with the purchase.
