Andrew helped me negotiate my wants and needs with the previous owner. He also helped me with recommendations for a new conveyancer (as my initial one had no idea what she was doing) and with recommendations for a painter. Through Andrew’s support, I gained approval to have my home painted before settlement! He went above and beyond!
