I knew I had a quality property in Toowong to begin with, but Gabrielle added just so much more professional value from beginning to end. Gabrielle could understand all of the many positive aspects I have loved about my inner-city townhouse and she effortlessly presented them all in a beautiful video, quality photos, floor plan and advertisement. It can be difficult to sell a property with tenants in place, and it was always a quiet concern to gain the timely access to the property in balance with respecting the tenants’ rights and privacy.
