Lovely experience
As purchasers, we couldn’t have had a nicer agent to work with than Paul. We felt comfortable with him straight away as being genuine and listening to our needs without any pressure or hidden agenda. While we understood Paul’s responsibility to get the best result for his Vendor, we felt he was honest in his advice to us and he answered any queries we had very promptly. Post signing of the contact, Paul’s level of service remained the same and his follow up was very good. We would highly recommend Paul whether buying or selling.
