I have known Simon for a few years, he has helped my brother sell their property in two weeks at a very good price two years ago. Simon Yu and his team recently sold my property. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism I received from them. In particular, Jovi who did most of the work tirelessly and patiently all throughout the process. My house was not easy to sell and Jovi's determination and perseverance played a pivotal role. The team even helped me moved my furniture which you will never see from any real estate agent. I have bought and sold several properties (11 in total) and have dealt with a number of agents but Simon and his team are the best. Not to mention the amount of the agent's commission they charge - too little for the work they have done. I am a person who never bothers to write a review (good or bad) but I have to make an exception for Simon and his team. Well done guys!
