We had an excellent experience with Dennis throughout the ~4-month process of purchasing our Denmark property, from first inspection in March through to settlement in July 2020. Dennis's friendly, cooperative, calm and professional approach, during the onset and development of the COVID pandemic, was exemplary in that he was able to balance the needs and requirements of his clients (the seller) with the many queries and requests of ourselves (the buyer). Dennis's local knowledge is second-to-none, having been a Denmark resident. His willingness to go beyond what might be expected of a selling agent was much appreciated (eg provision of quotes for likely repairs; contacts for key trades etc). Overall, our experience with Dennis was easily the best interaction with a selling agent we have experienced over the sale and purchase of numerous properties over thirty years.

Dealing with Dennis has been a pleasure. I purchased a property in Denmark from him when he was working with another agent in the town. The sale was handled by my Daughter and Son in law as I live interstate. He made the whole process enjoyable and trouble free. When it came time to sell the property I had no hesitation in tracking him down to his new position at Harcourts in Albany. Dennis went out of his way to re familiarise himself with the house and travelled from Albany on many occasions to show and or just drop in to discuss the prospects. By the time the house was ready for sale he knew every possible nuance of the home. Living interstate so much can go astray trying to handle a sale remotely, with Dennis nothing was too much trouble and I cant recommend him highly enough for anyone looking at a property in the area.
