Before purchasing this property we had dealt with Donna and her team concerning a few other properties listed by Spillane Property that we had missed out on, or just weren't right for us, where the expertise of her and her team had still nonetheless been helpful. With this property, we weren't even sure we could make it to Newcastle for the auction, so Donna ended up contacting us after hours to sort out options to allow us to participate in the auction remotely, just in case. Ultimately it became possible to attend in person, and were very happy with our purchase. It's not often that you get both the vendors and the purchaser's of a given property rating the agent as "excellent", but that's what's happening here and it tells you all that you need to know.

Through this process Ive realised what a difference the agency can make to a sale.
