With this property, we weren't even sure we could make it to Newcastle for the auction, so Donna ended up contacting us after hours to sort out options to allow us to participate in the auction remotely, just in case. Ultimately it became possible to attend in person, and were very happy with our purchase. Through this process Ive realised what a difference the agency can make to a sale. I originally chose Donna to sell my property though ended up going elsewhere.. 6 weeks later my property had still not sold.. there was not a single buyer in the picture. We switched back to Donna.
