Thank you for your help with Su's purchase Paul! I'm glad that after settlement, I pretty much just need to do the repairs that I was made aware of. I think Paul pretty much told me everything that he could in terms of issues with the place, which is a lot better than most agents 😂 Paul and Adam also helped me with some post settlement admin which we very much appreciate.
