Matt was a great agent to deal with, during the offer stage he was forthcoming with information and honest throughout the whole process. He was accommodating with inspection times and easy to get a hold of for any questions. Dealing with Spraggon George was very smooth during settlement, they performed all duties promptly and communicated with our settlement agent to get things done without us having to get involved beyond what was necessary. Getting inspections done was smooth and easy, he accommodated times at short notice and was always on time when meeting.
