Matt was a great agent to deal with, during the offer stage he was forthcoming with information and honest throughout the whole process. He was accommodating with inspection times and easy to get a hold of for any questions. Dealing with Spraggon George was very smooth during settlement, they performed all duties promptly and communicated with our settlement agent to get things done without us having to get involved beyond what was necessary. Getting inspections done was smooth and easy, he accommodated times at short notice and was always on time when meeting. This is the first property I have purchased and everything went way more smoothly than I had been led to believe it would go, I think Matt and his team were the reason for that.

After randomly walking in to his office to enquire about selling my mothers house the experience has been nothing but positive from the first second to the last. A genuine, honest and warm person without the sales crap that i dispise. Spot on with his evaluation and securing a price at the top end of his band. Couldn't be happier with the sales price, the communication and the overall interaction with Matt. All of which wouldn't be possible without a genuine feeling of honesty and integrity which you don't always get or feel with some agents. Would highly recommend, could not speak more highly of Matt and i am sure anyone dealing with Matt would have the same positive experience.

Ben was tremendous throughout the entire process. I went to see a different property the week prior, but was able to contact him after and he assisted with all my queries there and provided general market advice. Fast forward a week and I found another home of his I liked, he was incredibly helpful throughout and the communication with him was fantastic, he kept me in the loop on anything that came up and was incredibly flexible in order to assist myself. With a tenant as well in the property, he was considerate to them and myself in terms of the expectations, as well as relaying information between us and the seller. Further, he is just a great person to deal with, personable and is able to understand what your needs and wants were. Could not recommend him enough!!
