Ben is a true real estate partner. Went above and beyond while we were searching for our new house and then when it came time to sell our existing place he really kicked into gear. Responded instantly, getting photos and ad up in a matter of days and then worked hard to make sure we got the price we wanted quickly. In order to sell my home recently, I researched and enquired about good real estate agents locally and interviewed two. Both appeared very competent but Matt appealed in part because he reminded me of the agent from whom we had bought the house 28 years ago: someone more than merely an agent. This proved correct.
