His website and information provided looked great. Lachlan worked well with the existing tenant and provided a well thought out timeline for getting marketing mateirals ready to advertising it and showing open homes - however, he managed to secure an off-market buyer before we even got to the listing phase! The process was so seamless there were times I had to remind myself that the property was under contract and the the settlement date was coming up. We were impressed with Lachlan’s knowledge and confidence from day one! His commission was higher than the other agents we met but the results were worth every cent! We needed a quick sale and trusted Lachlan with the process. It took just 2 weeks from launching the campaign to securing a buyer. The marketing was excellent! And we received multiple strong offers in that time. Lachlan was great from start to finish. I particularly liked how he was honest with no bs (for lack of a better word). He answered promptly and comprehensively any questions we had which we didn’t need many questions as he laid out everything we needed to know. I had spoken with 5 other real estate agents and he seemed miles above 3 of them and just ahead of another younger guy. The whole process was fast and easy and got me a price just above where I was happy at. Highly recommend!
