Roy was very helpful.
I only encountered Roy with the purchase of the villa at St Ives Murdoch. He was very helpful. He did not participate in the sale of my property which enable me to purchase the villa.

The Best you will ever ask for
Roy Paxton came across our table 4 months after we had our house on the market with another agent. He assessed the situation and made changes which not only got us tens of thousands more, but he got the job done in a fraction of the time! He developed a strong campaign and kept us informed along the way. He made the necessary tweaks as the campaign progressed which only amplified the end result. I would not hesitate to use Roy again in the future.
