Excellent for selling my house
I have never seen agent so patient, caring, professional, and generous. It is all thanks to him and his team that my house sold for such a high price. He listened attentively to what I needed and he professionally explained all my doubts. He also answered my calls around the clock when I had doubts, which gave me the confidence to trust him with the house. Thank you so much!

Smooth and easy process from Vera and her team

Great Outcome
Mr Vlado Kukulj and his team did a fantastic job. It was quick, efficient and very professional. They made it look easy to understand the process of selling my mother's property. Also, they were always available by phone or emails if I had any concerns. I was happy with the outcome and we could not have done this without his help, knowledge and care. Hard worker, honest, and reliable!
Andy was fast to respond to my enquiries. He gave me a proposed price that was honest and that was what got sold at. He worked extremely hard and even outside typical business hours. His marketing was great and it worked. No fake promises, just purely hard work and getting your house sold. He wasn't pushy to me as well as a seller. I had a bad experience with a real estate agent before, but Andy was completely the opposite. What I like the most about him, he always updated me after home open. We have tried to sell 3 different homes (2 sold-1 sold with Andy), so we had experiences with 3 different agents. Andy was the agent we are the happiest with and will certainly consider him again when we're selling our home.
