Jane was diligent from the get go in getting people serious about buying to the property and already had a portfolio of buyers lined up to get through the property ASAP. We had immediate success followed by immediate upset with the buyer pulling out due personal circumstance. That said, Jane got straight back at it and immediately had another 3 buyers making an offer, what was betting we sold for $20k more than we had accepted first time round. Communication was great right through to the end in dealing with the buyers and there legal reps.
