In our experience, I would say that Logan was definitely acting in the best interests of his vendor, however in negotiation, during our meeting in his Office, was inflexible to anything in terms of our point of view. My initial reaction to our meeting was to discontinue any further action in regards to the property. It was only after further discussion with Lyn and giving more consideration, did we decide to make a second offer, which resulted in the purchase of the property. This property is now under management by Stanthorpe Real Estate and we are happy with the service which they are providing. When offering a property for sale, I would be comfortable having Logan as my Agent. In terms of negotiating a Purchase, would have been much more comfortable with an amiable discussion. Terry.
