Excellent knowledge of the local market

Property purchase
We found Logan to be very professional and easy-going as we negotiated our purchase. Because of the time of year,(Christmas period) we had extra obstacles in securing finance by the contractural date...never once did we feel pressured by Logan, (even though he checked in regularly), and he was sincerely empathetic towards our situation. I would certainly recommend him to any potential customers as we genuinely appreciated the interactions we had with him.
