At our first meeting, Justin after having a good look at the property explained to us the dynamics of the current market and the options that could be applied to reach a successful outcome in this market. We did also consult a few other agents, however found Justin's approach more suited to our needs; we were not interested to just dump and go, we wanted the house to go to a buyer who would also enjoy to live there like us and we reach as close as possible to the price point we could let it go. From the very beginning Justin went above and beyond.... from the initial meeting, to advising which things he would recommend needed to be renovated, fixed, replaced etc prior to listing the house, to open houses showcasing the property in its best light, to answering my endless questions. The property itself wasn't an easy sell being a battle axe, i knew it wouldn't appeal to all buyers, Justin marketed it appropriately to find a suitable buyer that would take advantage of the huge yard and would appreciate the privacy a battle axed block provided. Justin even went as far as researching options of putting a granny flat onsite, he took the time to speak with builders, council and even looked into other properties that had granny flats within the surrounding streets. Nothing was ever a problem or too much trouble, he went about everything with a superior degree of professionalism and honesty and communicated with me along the way. He knew the area and the current market of the area inside out. His efforts continued right through to the settlement.
