From day one Tom arrived for the appointment on time with all the paperwork showing recent sales, a video of the auctioneer at work. He wrote down and explained in detail who they advertise with, letterbox drops, brochures his commission. Tom kept me informed of nearby auctions etc.We were impressed with the feedback we received after people had viewed the property. I felt confident that everything was being done to get the best outcome at the auction was being done. I was very impressed with Greg and his team at Starr Partners Auburn. I had never sold a house at auction before, so I had a lot of questions. Greg was able to answer these, and guide me through the process from planning and listing, to the possible outcomes at auction, so that I was fully informed and fully prepared. I received a weekly summary of potential buyer interest during the 4 weeks of marketing, which included potential buyers’ comments, and their own estimations of likely selling price. We went with Tom because of his thorough knowledge of our area and he did not disappoint He contacted us regularly giving us reports on all open homes and gave us details of all interested parties. He gave us details on how the auction would be conducted and so on the day there were no surprises!
