Vinesh has been an outstanding agent to help me sell my property. Even though due to COVID-19 and online auction, my auction activity did not go well but Vinesh was always there to stand behind me to get me results. Within one week, he came up with a customer with 30K more than the highest price of the Auction bid which we accepted but did not materialize because the buyer couldn't get his financial approval. Vinesh still persisted and gave me the confidence that he would find someone else even with a better price. On a busy Monday, I was really amazed to get a phone call from him, asking me and my wife to be at home within the next 20 minutes. When we saw him, he presented us with a newly signed contract which was even 5K more than the last sold price. It was really amazing experience.
