I wish I was in better health to write how exceptional a job dear Vinesh Goundar, the Senior Sales Consultant of the Starr Partners located in Auburn did. The truth is two of his previous satisfied clients referred me to him. I was not very sure but from the very beginning when I started to deal with him, I appreciated his professionalism, patience and diligence to get it right and in my mind, I had a very positive expectation that he could do the job even we are experiencing this unexpected COVID19 crisis. Instead of being very pessimistic for a few months in the past, I became suddenly truly optimistic of the sale of my apartment after a few times of conversation with him. He has superb customer service skills and all I can simply say that he’s the type of Real estate Agent you should do almost anything to keep genuinely! I would like to add more that he was just PHENOMENAL in keeping things moving so fast for selling my apartment which had some dilemma with the Government Scheme, keeping the buyers in the right direction with honest information, and keeping absolutely everything positive throughout the entire selling process with a optimistic attitude. I will be very honest that sometimes in this long process with several obstacles, I was very anxious but dear Vinesh dealt it a very patient attitude and pacify me with very practical solutions and made me optimistic again. THIS is EXACTLY how this type of process/intervention should be expected from ALL sellers who work in this industry!
