Information and communication was not always accurate and clear when dealing with Amrit as the buyer. Information he expressed during open home was then contradicted at the time of buying, when trying to organise inspection and settlement time frames, sellers leaving items behind and the run around/lack of clarity in getting the keys to our newly purchased home was frustrating. Constant questioning was needed and unsatisfactory outcomes occurred in the final process of buying our home which was not satisfactory, costly and led to the need for council pick up, new locks to be installed, connecting with strangers to acquire incomplete sets of keys, and walls of the house to be repaired at our cost. Amrit did not go above or beyond in working to provide us with a smooth buying process and although his focus may have been on his sellers, we were not pleased with our dealings with him and would not use his services if selling in the future. Never usually people to complain but with Rate My Agent sending copious amounts of emails asking for this review, here it is.

Amrit has been extremely professional in dealing with our entire journey in purchasing a house. He is very patient, listens to questions and answers them honestly. Amrit helps not only for the seller but works extremely hard to help the buyer as well.
