Quick sale and good negotiation skills

Ankush was able to sell my house for the price I wanted after one open home, and I believe this was a relatively premium price for the area at the time. He is obviously a skilled negotiator. The only thing he could have improved upon was not settling for photography when the house was not quite ready for it... which meant the additional cost of more photography after styling. Overall, I'm happy to recommend Ankush as a property sales agent.
