Generally, agent represents the sellers. However, Mark and his associate Jayden were extremely Helpful, Honest and Approachable for us, buyers as well. This is welcoming considering their competition in the market. There was a clear line of communication. The negotiation was professional and ensured all parties leave the negotiation table as "winners" and no party, I believe, felt like loosing in the negotiation. I am sure Starr partners were also concerned about the seller's interests while being warm to us buyers.
