Daniel was enthusiastic about the property from the outset and was extremely confident he could exceed my expectations. He clearly articulated how he would market the property, what level of preparation we needed to undertake in readiness for sale and communicated dates and times activities would be taking place. Daniel was patient in answering our questions and was very efficient at responding to calls, texts and emails. In the end the property was sold after 1 week on the market for a price that did exceed expectations. Daniel certainly delivered on his promise
