Mark was mine and my wife's agent of choice when it came to selling our property. It was a done deal the first time we sat down during an after hours meeting with Mark, where we could see how he was willing to go above and beyond to get the job done for us. Mark works extended hours, from as early as 7am and many days gives up family time to do what needs to be done to serve his clients right. I've read plenty of positive reviews about Mark, and believe me, they're all spot on. He is all they say he is and he is that much more. It was our first home that we've sold in order to afford our future forever home, so this was the start of the long journey to where we needed to be. Mark helped facilitate this process and made it less daunting of a task for us by giving us the time of day and explaining the each step in detail so that we knew what we were in for, rather than mislead us with empty promises. He kept us in the loop throughout the process from the initial meeting all the way past the sale of the house which went for much higher than we had expected. Again, I can only attribute our success to Mark's dedication to his craft and what he's willing to go through for his clients. You can tell when someone suits up just to go to work, but Mark does this because he's passionate. At the end of the sales process, I sincerely thanked him for what he had done for my wife and I as well as our future children - he had helped us exceed our financial goal, which would translate to more time for us to spend with the people that matter to us most. As a buyer's agent acting on behalf of investors throughout the Greater Sydney area, once in a while we get asked to assist a client wishing to sell one of their investment properties. Daniel and Jake had been on our radar for over 2 years as we had been looking in the market to buy. We were exposed to their demeanor, character and work ethic over that time and so when it came time to sell, we knew we wanted them to list our home. Daniel, even went as far as to call me about homes listed with other agents that he thought would be a good fit for us to buy. We really appreciated that he was on our side as we attempted to find our next family home.
