This is the second time we have utilised Daniel and Jonathan from Starr Partners Blacktown and could not be more impressed! From outset and right throughout, Daniel was professional, understanding, compassionate and extremely hard working! We enlisted Daniel and his team after having success with selling our previous family home and while this property was out of the area, we had no reservations that Daniel wouln't deliver the best again! The properties required a specialised campaign to really target the right buyers and Daniel pitched that plan right in the beginning and continued through the campaign and sold our property in under a week and for above our asking price! From our first conversation with Mark he was honest and professional. Selling our property during the down turn was scary but Mark helped to get us through every step of the way. His honest feedback and guidance was beyond helpful during the period. This property was our rental property which was also being managed exceptionally well by the Star partners team. The tenant we had in our property gave us a lot of trouble after we had given notice to him and Mark and his team went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. I truely believe we would not have had such a favourable outcome if it was not for Mark. Mark was very honest with us from the very first meeting. He listened to our requirements and provided excellent feedback based on facts from past sales and experience. He didn't give false expectations but rather assured us that he will try very hard to meet our sale figure. He explained the process and associated costs articulately. He called after every open house and provided a summary on how it went. A report summary was emailed to us weekly documenting the calls taken by staff of potential buyers interested in the property and thoughts after open house. Overall the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Starrpartners.
