Easy to communicate with and puts his clients first. He really tries hard to give what his clients wants and is always ready to answer any questions we have. The only recommendation I have is that he call each person separately and do one to one communication with all parties who signed contract on buying the house. Reason being that relying on one person to relay information to others turns into a game of Chinese whispers where people become confused or don't have the right information. I understand trust and how it is easier, but keeping one person in the dark and hoping the one informed relays information isn't tight. Otherwise, he was happy to inform

He came fully prepared to our first discussion with similar property sales and listings in our area and this was extremely important to us in making our decision whether to sell or not. Mark was able to show our house to people with a definite interest, not just anyone looking around. In the end he had a number of people interested and was able to present offers to us before auction and in excess of our reserve price. A great result for us! Throughout the entire process he kept in touch with us keeping us up to date with everything that was happening. Everything he told us would happen did and there was no sales rubbish delivered to us.
