I was tasked with selling the home I grew up in, by my parents since we have all moved and live apart now. I walked into Starr Partners Erskine Park not knowing a thing about selling a house. Sara sat down with me and explained everything and was transparent with all costs involved right down to all of the domestic services they provide. Before we even met up Sara had done all the research beforehand, and explained the process to me in the easiest way for me to understand. Once the ball got rolling I wasn’t always available but that didn’t stop Sara from keeping in touch with me every every time there was an update. My father is old school and didn’t know much about emailing and getting in contact with conveyancers but Sara was able to accomodate that by using the more traditional method of mailing letters which my dad appreciated! As my family opted for the quick sale we weren’t sure how much we were going to get but the final sale yielded much more than we were expecting and that was through private sale. Had we chose to take it to the open market I have no doubt it would have sold for even more. I definitely wasn’t the best at communicating but Sara was infinitely patient and understanding and if I wasn’t able to be reached then she would contact my brother or Dad. Overall just a very pleasant experience with Sara and Starr Partners. After working with the team me and my family couldn’t recommend them enough and would definitely choose to sell (or buy) with them again next time. Sara and the team are highly professional and will always have your best interests in mind.
