My investment property vacated, and as it formed a part of the retirement strategy, it was time to sell. Throughout the process from initial meeting, talks and deliberation, both Sara and husband Scott were nothing but professional, honest and did not hold back if there were realities to be said. Property preparation was handled by the agency (due to not living in the area). There was a lot of liaison between the agency and the property managers (sadly the tenants did not leave the property as expected).The marketing and sale were beyond expectations. I was kept very informed through the process. No issues were experienced after exchange. All in all, the process exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend Sara, Scott and their agency. I thank them for their efforts.
