Above and beyond
Michael went above and beyond to help get my unit fixed up for renting out. He reported back on progress often, and I never once felt that the ball had been dropped or that he wasn’t working as fast as he could to turn the unit around. Great communication and easy admin. Thanks!

Great service right from the start
Isabel and Chloe were always great to deal with, always following up and guiding me through the process from the get go. Inspections were frequent and had good hit rates, and a great deal of due diligence was performed before landing a tenant. Top experience from start to finish.

Great experience all round!
This was our first time renting so the idea of the process was a little bit daunting. However from start to finish Starr Partners has made it easy and clear to know what steps to take. The inspection was clean and well organised and once we had made it through to the next stage in the application we received communication on everything that was happening. Chloe was particularly helpful in keeping us updated and supported us so much throughout this process. Would highly recommend Starr Partners Merrylands :)
