Excellent service
So after finding that I needed to move over 150km to a new city, all the staff at Starr were extremely helpful in finding me a new rental. Good knowledge of the areas, and what properties they had available and prompt in getting back to me when any questions I had didn't have an answer at the time - and were able to accommodate my cats as well!

Most helpful and caring
I can't say enough about Sasha at some partners in Merrylands she is dedicated selfless and goes above and beyond I think any job description that a real estate rental property manager has she personally went out of her way cleaning my property before my move in because it was not to her personal standard I am most happy with everything from Starr Partners

Amazing Service
I have recently rented an apartment from Starr Partner and I have been very happy. Cherin Johnhas been a great help and her professionalism and care towards me has absolutely helpful. I apprciate that Starrr Partners have made customer centricity a priority. Very happy with the service. The only reason I have given it a 1 star less only because when putting the application form together, is not customer friendly. There are fields made mandatory which are not relevant and creates unncessary work. But Cherin has been a great help overcoming those issues.
