Was very easy dealing with all the staff who manage the property we just moved into. As only being our second tine in the private rental market which is very daunting starr partners were very punctual and adequate and were professional on all levels and made everything so easy from signing the lease to handing over the keys,and being able to do everything online and not leaving the house to fill in forms made it so much easier especially for myself as I have a 2 month of newborn. Communication response time was also great never had to be kept waiting or chasing them up like other real estates I had been dealing with. This is first time with starr partners and everything so far has been nothing to fault in saying that I only wish they would've of done bond transfers instead of having to pay another fresh bond. I can only say for now we had no issues and would recommend starr and the great thing always every week qlotvof rental properties on the market with them.
