Selda from Starr partners is extremely responsive and efficient. Fast responses to emails and calls, actions requests super quickly without hassle. The Starr Partners process for renters is also very good with emails detailing next steps which is very helpful to navigate new tenants. They also include a free service to help move across your utilities which reduces some of the headache of moving.

I have dealt with Starr partners MERRYLANDS and applied for numerous rental properties only never to hear back from anyone. Turns out they had my husband confused for another person who is blacklisted with the same name, they couldn’t even check to see they had completely different date of births (even with all my husbands ID’s). Rude, dry & unprofessional. My husband and I then applied for a property through the Wentworthville office and they were absolutely AMAZING. So helpful and genuinely wanted to help us get a property.
