I am a long time tenant and rent a property with Starr Partners. I’ve always been months ahead in rent. But due to covid I wasn’t ahead and lost work and felt very emotional and felt unstable. Also my mother was diagnosed with Lung Cancer. So stress and my mental health was folding around me with bills piling up. I reached out to Starr Partners and because I have a good relationship with my Property Manager Cherin. I communicated with her who helped me find a solution. I could have been without a home but re-assured me that I will always have a home and I could focus on taking my mum to treatment and not to worry. My rent is a heavy burden on me and just to know I was going to be ok. I still have my home to live in. I am so lucky and thankful for the constant support and the relationship that has always been positive from Starr Partners. Any repair I need to lodge it gets done, my Landlord is a great landlord. I’m very thankful and that’s why I will continue to rent with Starr Partners. Going on 7 years with them and I have never felt more supported from an agent. They always go above and beyond and always communicate with me. Even the admin are so wonderful. I just can’t fault them because of my experience. Especially during a time in my life where I needed support the most. It’s hard being the only one to provide and pay rent and be the only one in the household to make an income. My partner can’t get an income because his not entitled to one here and his job went under… But I know Cherin will always check in on me just to know how I’m doing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m truely grateful!!! I thought I would give you positive feedback because people need to know there are Real Estates out there that care for real people! during the pandemic, Starr Parnters had done well to help me refurb my property. It has been difficult to locate a tenant during the covid , but after we adjust the rent, the place was leased out very quickly.
