Starr Partners rentals manage our 3 houses and 3 granny flats. We have used Starr partners for over 20 years and have had very little to complain about. Shure, it is not always plain sailing and things can go wrong. In this world of many changes and failing service Starr has always given us professional service with a smile. We were told that Starr was a little pricy by another real estate who was the son of a friend. He offered better terms. He lowered his commission once he commenced the management we discovered he had no service at all. Disaster struck! He failed to screen a new tenant. The tenant he placed in our flat wrecked our flat, removed the brand new carpet tiles and one build in cupboard in the kitchen because their fridge did not fit. All we had was the bond and no rent. The tenant left without paying any rent. We immediately went back to Starr Partners, even though they were not responsible for the mess they organised all the paperwork and fixed all the problems with the insurance. I will not leave Starr Partners again there service is second to none.
