My wife and I sold our home in Greystanes in February through Daniel Starr at Starr Partners Merrylands. We had a wonderful experience selling our house during the Covid-19 pandemic when we couldn't have an an on-site Auction and despite this Daniel got the sale for us and we were very happy with the result achieved and the outstanding service too. Recently my father-in law passed away and as executors of the estate my wife and I had to sell his home at Rydalmere. The property is probably outside of the area generally serviced by Starr Partners but I had to ask to see if Daniel would be happy to sell another home for us again. Needless to say, Daniel and his team did it again and achieved another amazing result for us when we sold the property at auction over the weekend. Over the 4 week campaign Daniel and his team issued 12 contracts and we had 7 bidders at the Auction and once again exceeded our reserve and very happy with the result and service we received.
