Matt has been an excellent communicator throughout the campaign. Prior to signing with Matt, we worked through a sales plan and without any pressure, Matt left the timeline completely up to me. I felt Matt was honest and trustworthy from the very start and he delivered on his promises. He was always available to answer any questions and returned calls promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and his team. My property was never going to be an easy sale and Matt looked at many options and plans. There was always another option.
